I gave a top rating because I didn't want to damage her score. That said, I have to be honest as I want others to be in reviews. I do read these reviews to determine what I might be dealing with. She was not nice. He was belligerent, sarcastic and rude. There was no reason to be that way to me. I was a perfect gentleman and our conversation had just started. Sounds like she doesn't like doing this type of work. I suspect she only does it because she needs the money. At least don't make it so obvious about it. I was very disappointed. Again, there was no reason for her to be so nasty and right from the beginning of the call. I was taken back by her comments.
